"All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, love the overall design and setting in the hillsides. The restaurant food was delicious and services was great. We enjoy the peaceful and comfort of our room with the balcony. Getting away from all the heavy traffic and congestion was our main goal with this place. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

"All subjects above and more were excellent, except one horrible indescribable issue, the room received the terrible mixed food odors from the kitchen every morning about 4:30 AM and was nauseous and gave a headache daily. I reported it to a hotel manager who promised to change my room or a room change was anytime. Evidently this was a black suit dining room manager not the hotel manager. Once the hotel manager learned about the issue he moved me within minutes, after days of headaches and I had...

"A fantastic place in a beautiful part of Vietnam. I could easily see this place being the same in the 40s and 50s and liked the fact that the old fireplaces had been made into features in the room instead of hidden. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and they have a moped rental service at the hotel for a very reasonable price. "
