"The view is totally stunning! The pool was rather cool at 8pm partly because the property is out of the sun. It's a lovely pool though and we had it to ourselves. The accommodation is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are helpful by message. Would recommend especially as a place to explore the lake by ferry. The roads nearby are pretty busy in July and narrow!"

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. I’m a gold member with Expedia and traveled extensively in Europe. This property needs to be shut down. It destroyed my beautiful Romantic Belagio fantasy. The room was old with the floors falling apart. The room is cold without proper heating. If you go in the hot summer I highly doubt AC will work properly. Zero amenities offered, not even a slipper. Dirty smelly disgusting hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"
