Booked this hotel for the first night of our trip on the Bernia express. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station it was an amazing hotel. Because of the weather I tried to cancel my reservation for Jan 28 2026. The Hotel denied my request, and Hotels.com didn't help. The route was impossible to use because an historic snow storm, so it was impossible to arrive to Tirano. I just lost U$S 180; the Hotel now have my review and Hotels.com ...
