“Reception 직원이 없는 밤에 도착해서 미리 알려준 방식으로 입실했으나 쉽지는 않아서 시행 착오가 있았음. 방은 히터를 켜도 추웠고, 시트와 얇은 담요로 부족했음. 방 바닥은 마루였고 깨끗했으나 슬리퍼가 있으면 더욱 좋았을 것임. 아침에 만난 직원은 친절했고, 빵이 7시 경에 문앞에 배송되는데, 방에 있었던 음료, 스낵, 햄 등과 함께 조식으로 충분했음. 주방 시설이 있어 쿠킹을 하면 더욱 좋았을 것임.”

“Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. ”

Only negative was the cleaning charge - as you pay for the apartment to be cleaned in your departure, there were a few areas in my arrival that were not as clean as I expected.... “The place was clearly not cleaned when we visited. There were big dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed, cobwebs and dead bugs in corners. The floor was dirty, not wiped and I don't know what else wasn't clean. The tea kettle had residue in it and there were spiders in the shower and other areas. The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the location and the views of lake Como.”
