"If you are reading any review, listen to this one, this hotel was disgusting to say the least. The pool does not look like the ones in the photos it was green brown and not swimmable. There was no breakfast so don’t expect that. I understand getting what you pay for, but I did not even want to put my feet on the floor. I wore shoes the entire time. The water did not work in the shower and there are sketchy people who stay at this hotel. The only reason we stayed because it was graduation weekend and the prices to rebook elsewhere were pricey. We usually travel with our daughter, but she wasn’t with us this weekend thank goodness this is not a place for children or anyone to be honest. Don’t stay here."

"Our original room was very run down and outdated. It had a very musty smell but seemed clean. We turned the air conditioning up to make it cooler in our room. Black debris started to blow out of the vent onto the foot of the bed. About 45 minutes after we went to sleep we were awakened by what sounded like a waterfall. We jumped out of bed to find water with black debris pouring out of the bathroom ceiling. The only other room available was a suite, which the front desk gave us at not further cost. The new room had been renovated and was more acceptable than the first. The original room we got should never have been in service. I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else and that the property fixed the problem and does some serious renovating."

"In severe need of maintenance The air-conditioning did not work in our room nor was there any hot water in the entire building we were staying in There were not the proper amount of towels or washcloths, etc., in our room And the carpet and the maintenance of this facility were terrible However, the young lady work behind the counter was doing her absolute best to try to accommodate We were extremely tired and fortunately we were on the second floor and it was a very cool night so we were able to open the window and be very comfortable with the temperature"

"I loved how clean the rooms were and the comfortable beds. Staff were always very courteous and professional. I gave only 4 stars....because poop bags being provided in case travelers forgot theirs would really be a small but very helpful thing to provide which most hotels which allow pets do. Also...better snack selection for if your food area is closed. I know you could do this because other comfort inns do it and most hotels have a more extensive selection of things that are a bit more meal-like like Stouffers or Hungry Man or something. Maybe little burritos or pot pies ;). Just a suggestion...because those small geatures would go a long way to improve the whole experience. Otherwise a very nice stay....and I want to personally thank the entire staff for being sooo kind and helpful!"
