"The hotel is outdated and in need of a renovation. The restroom was rusty and the water pressure was horrible. They also had no hot water and I called the front desk. The receptionist send someone and said to keep the water running. Then they called me and said they don’t offer hot water at the hotel, just warm water. He wanted me to check the temperature on the water like I carry a water thermometer while I’m on vacation. Some of the staff were friendly but the receptionist was not the nicest."

"We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to try a different hotel. We really enjoyed the property. The rooms are huge and we'll appointed. The staff was friendly as well. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned but that wasn't the end of the world. I got fresh towels from the front desk. In addition, our bed was horrible and definitely needs replacement. Finally it was not clear when the restaurant is open. But we found the hotel a nice surprise and we'll stay there again. "

"This place was perfect, BUT the beds, they have to upgrade beds to something more comfortable and dreamy, beds were hard to where we didn’t sleep and our bodies were hurting. Other than that this place was amazing!"

"Hotel blue Centro is a beautiful boutique hotel with reasonable rates. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Close to restaurants, shops and the Malcom. Would definitely stay there again."
