Front desk staff was awesome and helpful breakfast was great Two things it needs is a gym and a clothes iron for guests I arrived with some wrinkled shirts from being in my suitcase so I asked the receptionist for an iron. They don’t have one but she did find some poorly working steamer that didn’t take those wrinkles out. "Easy to find on the edge of the village centre. Plenty of on site parking. Pleasant reception with helpful staff. Our room was at the rear and faced the mountains. It had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The room was adequate, clean and had efficient aircon. "

"2 min walk to free bus, or 5mins walk to nearest lift. The Gran Trun is perfect as a base for your ski holiday. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and cleaned every day. The breakfast is buffet style eat as much as you like. The bar is open for the afternoon and evening, run by the lovely Sarah who is an excellent host. "We thought this hotel was a good value for money. The location and breakfasts were excellent and the room clean. Our family room was not over the bar and only one night was there significant noise. The service was friendly. There were some hot water issues when we were there, with the shower temperature varying greatly. This may have effected our spa visit where the hot tub was not hot, only lukewarm and the Scottish shower was unbearably cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, the price was 60...
