“Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price.”

“Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!”

“When i have business trip, i use this hotel. It is normal for business trip. And i was able to use some restaurants nearby ”

Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund….
