They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . "Exceptional! Lovely welcome from helpful desk staff, newly-refurbished room with bath + shower and gorgeous L'Occitane toiletries. Complementary hot and soft drinks during the evening. Comfortable bed and bedding. Plenty of USB chargers in the room. Lift to all floors. Great location convenient for Blanche metro (line 2) and just a short walk to the Montmatre village, artists and viewpoint. Will definitely be staying here again."
