The room was great. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The room was very cozy. The fireplace and Jacuzzi were awesome. The only complaint would be the traffic outside. Three of the four nights I stayed were ok because I fell asleep really fast. I will definitely stay here again.

Decently sized, clean room with fresh sheets. This is a Motel. So don’t expect enclosed rooms or a lobby. The indoor pool was open and clean. I did have to ask for most of everything I needed (towels, soaps, etc.) it was a pleasant stay and the location is great for walking to The Island which is the only way to avoid traffic.

This was our second stay and other than some of the plugs in the room not working we had a great stay. The staff are always friendly. The rooms are spotless. They also have some of the best beds in the area.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to the LeConte Center and shopping. The only minor complaint I have is the air conditioner was a bit noisy when it came on. Overall I would definitely stay there again
