We liked where the hotel was located. We like that we were given the option to purchase breakfast each day. The one thing we did not like was paying for parking. It’s been a few years since we’ve stayed in Pigeon Forge and haven’t ever paid for parking before. Bummer!

Take advantage of the bridge behind the hotel, up the stairs to wait for the tram to the Island or use the paved walkway (10 minute walk). Breakfast was a fantastic perk to purchase compared to other eateries, plus there is no charge for parking unlike some other hotels in the area. The staff is excellent!!

I didn’t like the fact that they charge you $15 per night to park your car. I mean, where else are you supposed to park? They also go ahead and put a $125 charge on your credit card in case you need anything (ie. room service). Yes you get if back if you don’t use the card…… I prefer my money to be taken only if I use services or make purchases, not held on ransom “just in case”. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Room was very clean and staff very friendly !

Can’t say enough good about this property. Located in a great area near a lot of attractions. Staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and social. Area felt safe. Room was immaculate. We will definitely be back!
