The staff were nice. However, we were socked to see that bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest. One of the bed sheets had blood stains, very unpleasant.

Hotel is pet friendly. I got off the elevater and it smelled like wet dogs. The barking at night was annoying. Hotel has a 24 hour pool. The kids were screaming at the pool until 1:30 am. I will never stay at a pet friendly hotel and never stay at a hotel that has a 24 hour pool !

From checking in, receptionist was great and even called us in the room to check if room was good. Breakfast was nice but kitchen staff watching over people getting food which some hesitated to get seconds as they hover and watch everyone get food. Overall, great stay and quiet and clean room.
