Hotel was clean, had a pretty view of wheel from our balcony, feeding the geece and ducks and watching river was relaxing. Pool was clean and warm they providied towels. Downsides pool was small but nice Hotel needs some updates through hallways to rooms it ages it significantly. Food provided was okay for a contential breakfast but wish they would add bagels and cream cheese to menu. Location is good nice to have a red light that takes you to parking lot . Walking distance to great food Front desk and breakfast crew could be more chipper and friendly. Coming froma. Hotel background i underatand southern hospitality and it goes a long way in how people feel entering hotel to checkin and check out. It was mustand car week and they were up and down strip roaring pipes etc and could get a little nosey at night and could hear in room but it didnt bother us that bad. Coffee provided in room was weak 😴 i would suggest you bring your own coffee pod machine or buy liners and roasted coffee for their machine for a better experience. The firdge was a decent size for a hotel room. Overall room was clean.

We just stayed one night as we arrived early. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, but indoor pool was the smallest I’ve ever seen before. The hotel in general seemed very outdated. “Breadlfast” was frozen sausage patties, frozen biscuits and eggs. Rest was all microwave items. Not bad for the price we paid, but def needs updating.

Close walk to the wax museum and a few restaurants. Outside pool was not open yet and the inside pool was small. The breafast was good but needed more choices on different days. Rooms were clean and the balcony had a great view over the mountains and river. This hotel was great for the price.

The place is very clean and the staff is wonderful. This is a very no frills hotel, but it suits the basic needs. However, the full breakfast offered is nasty. It consists of frozen mini muffins. Bread, because the toaster is broken, dry cereal. The Premade frozen eggs warmed up in a microwave (yes, we watched the lady pull a bag out of the freezer chip at them with a mallet before shoving them in the microwave). Sadly we had to go spend extra money every morning for breakfast elsewhere, which was an added expense we didn’t plan on. When we book a hotel that says breakfast, we expect it. Again, the staff is great, especially the husband and wife managers. They were fantastic to our family.

The rooms were great. The location was amazing. As far as the staff from the very first day they were rude. Any questions we had we were brushed off or ignored and a few of the staff worked we just very short and not helpful. It was hard to feel welcomed when trying to check in or ask questions.

The person working the desk when I checked in was not personable. She was efficient. Most of the staff just did their jobs without interacting with myself or my aunt while we were there. One gentleman on staff did speak to us the day we left. The carpet on the fifth floor desperately needs to be cleaned. Someone vomited outside the elevator and several more spots down the hallway. It looked like someone had tried to clean it up, there was no smell, but the stains were very visible. I have stayed here several times before and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This was a completely different experince. The room was clean, but the door to the balcony and the balcony itself look like they need to be updated. The covered parking garage, which has always been a nice feature, had a pair of women's underwear lying on the ground. This did not make make us feel very safe. I'm sorry, but we will probably stay somewhere else next month. The person at the desk when checking out did not smile, ask about our stay, or even wish us safe travels. Good customer service goes a long way. I hope these comments are helpful. Your location was perfect for a quick shopping trip.

The hotel lied to us told us that we could cancel anything everything because we were in a very bad car accident. Our car was totaled on the way to the hotel and was told earlier that day we couldn’t cancel so on the way up here trying to make the hotel reservation we crashed told them hey we crashed so it should be fine. It should yeah you can go ahead and call Expedia and then whenever we call Expedia Expedia talk to the hotel again in the hotel so I’d absolutely not we will not change it. We will not refunded or anything. It is past the deadline of the hotel check-in you guys lost all your money on this hotel so yeah I don’t use this hotel because they are liars fraudulent, and do not care about accidents conditions or anything like that.

Room was a little dirty, especially the bathroom. We were only allowed to use the back entrance once the sun went down. Their breakfast was mediocre at best. Not an awful stay, just could have been a little bit better.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with advice of things to do there. It’s close to everything. Love feeding the ducks on the river in the back of the hotel. The covered parking was wonderful. The room was impeccably clean. We have already booked it again for next month. You have to stay at this hotel!

Had 2 rooms to fit 8 of us. Both rooms were clean, smelt great, clean linens, clean bathrooms, and the floors were clean. Hotel was in a great location and the pool was clean. Will stay again! 10 out of 10!

We went for a cheap getaway. The hotel was pretty old, stained hall carpets, mound round the bathroom faucet, stains down the lower bathroom walls etc. The front desk staff need training they are so rude. We walked in at 1 to see if we might be able to check in early and were met with a lady saying gruffly “nothings available”. I find this hard to believe that not a single room is free but even so, her tone and literally that’s her welcome! Terrible. We came back after checking in time, new front desk lady, not very smartly dressed and also with an attitude. Just like she didn’t want to be there. Not a great start. The room was clean, balcony overlooks neighboring property which is a building site. Bathroom clean but run down. Pool, tiny and in the main corridor and also by a front door so it is not the warmest and if you’re swimming every passerby is staring at you. Pool links onto second floor with balcony so if you’re ok that floor it may be noisy. Breakfast was honestly so bad we went out the second day. It runs till 9 and they are very aggressive at closing it exactly on time. No yogurt, no peanut butter or cream cheese, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon or boiled eggs. It’s hard horrid little sausage patties and some scrambled egg (very bland), a bit of bread, some tiny muffins and that’s it. It’s poor. Even for a lower class establishment. We were barely in the hotel as we were out so much so it didn’t matter. Will I be back? No.
