Huge patio, no patio furniture and everyone could access it. Toilet seat not tight, no extra toilet paper provided, shower drain was flooding over, bathroom could be a lot cleaner - inside shower floor & wall of sink was dirty and cup. Texted issues first evening I was there, they didnt respond...

"Nice hotel, the room was a bit small for us there was No balcony or place to hang the laundry. The reception service was great, we accidentally booked the room for disability access, and the receptionist changed it to regular room. Descent breakfast, Hard to find parking on the street. "

"Big apple is a real nice Apartment in the city center. Bus station is nearby and after 10min walk you're at the harbour. Clean and everything you need also for a longer stay. I will come back."
