"Absolutely all staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We purchased with breakfast included, the breakfast was OK but could do with improvement. The room was very nice but had a few minor faults such as one reading light wasn’t working so I reported it to concierge so they did not take a fee from the 5000 peso deposit. One curtain retaining hook was not secured to the wall which I also reported to prevent being charged. One wardrobe door had loose hinges so it would not close properly, you have to close the doors together. The shower recess drain must have been partially blocked as the water would build up and take a while to drain out. The electronic sign board in the lift and foyer advertised a really nice looking dish at Kim Bun but when we went there for lunch, we were told that is an old menu item and no longer available, I had to show the waitress a photo of this advertisement for her to understand this menu item not on the menu. She said she will have to let IT know, I also let the concierge know. It was all OK but I feel that to let them know will better improve all customers experience. House keeping was good as well as doormen and security. Overall it was a good experience but they could do a little better."
