“Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.”

“I booked a last-minute night away at The Red Pump Inn in Bashall Eaves, and it completely surpassed my expectations. The pub and accommodation are absolutely charming, with beautiful rooms, perfect location, and wonderful ambiance. However, this 275-year-old establishment had a few surprises up its sleeve!
