"We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable.
Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants)
Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better.
Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day.
We will 100% book to come again and like to thank kirsty for the friendly welcome and being so kind."

I highly recommend the Coddled Beef Steak to any meat eaters it’s delicious as was all our meals. Added bonus of evening entertainment with lovely chatty bar staff.
