"The bed mattress had a soft body impression that caused me to have back pain. I do not have a back condition. Rm 421 needs new mattresses. It was also surprising that there were no charging ports in the room and no microwave except the one in the hallway beside the ice machine. Otherwise the hotel was lovely."
