"A great unexpected stay after our flight was cancelled. Rooms were super clean and staff accommodating for a late check out when our flight was delayed the next day. Friendly approachable staff and I would highly recommend. "

"Property was in overall decent shape. Daily swim lessons in the pool were strange and made it difficult to enjoy a swim and the slide without interfering with lessons. "

"The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful. The room was so large and very clean. The murphy bed was a huge hit with the kids. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was very nice! The pool was the whole reason we travelled from Edmonton, and it didnt dissapoint. The kids spent at least 3 hours each day in it, there was ample seating for those not swimming, and it was so clean and well maintained. The Jetz Lounge and the reastaurant had great food, great drinks, and very reasonsble pricing. The skyharbour breakfast buffet was also phenomenal! If we ever have a reason to book a room in Calgary, we will choose the Port O' Call every time! "

"Was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very few places make your bed during your stay, so was quite pleased to come back after a day out and the room looks like you are just checking in again. Older inn, but very well kept."

"Called the desk 5 times. Relentless noise from above. I was told a call was made twice. Just gave the party above MORE reason to be loud because they KNEW nothing would be done. "
