"The property was on a quiet street, no busy traffic, and not far from a major bus route.
The renters did not send me an access code until i spent over 1 hour on the phone with Expedia service. I had zero help from the renters the whole time i used the place. We needed help when the internet dropped out, and also wanted the towels that were missing. No response from them. The only time they contacted me was with a form email asking for a review.
The place was not clean. It also looked like it was remodeled in a hurry. Crooked TV, cabinet door falling off, just bad construction. The beds were ok, but the pillows were awful. Missing soap in the shower and a weird metal drain cover hiding the plugged shower drain.
Overall not a "Luxury" place."
