“Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.”

“A lovely gem in BP, walk to wintergardens in less than 10 mins. Supermarket round the corner. Comfortable bed. Tastefully decorated. Although facing the street, street not busy and had good night's sleep (I extended for four more nights so altogether six). Good Kitchenette with toaster, microwave, fridge and cutlery. Great owner's support and communicationsc, helpful in every way. Easy check in and check out. Reasonably priced. For sure is the place to stay in BP.”
“There’s no on‑site parking for overnight stays, but the car park is just around the corner and only a few minutes’ walk away. The guest house is close to everything, with a small Morrisons conveniently located at the end of the road.
The couple who run the guest house were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed — soap, shampoo, towels, tea and coffee.
