Acomodações limpas e bem cuidadas, roupa de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Fizemos upgrade para o Bangalô Rainha, pois já estaríamos hospedados nele na noite anterior. Equipe muito eficiente, atendeu prontamente as solicitações. O café da manhã é servido em 3 etapas, com opções em buffet e à la carte. A pousada tem jardinagem impecável. Lembre que é uma pousada em região de mata, portanto há abundância de animais, como araras, seriemas, cigarras, marimbondos, aranhas etc. Mas tudo faz parte da experiência.

Pontos ruins: o colchão muito mole (precisou ser trocado), e o wifi no chalé muito fraco (precisei usar meus dados móveis o tempo todo). Sugestão: disponibilizar água e café perto da piscina durante o dia, já que se paga uma diária muito alta e não temos nenhuma cortesia. Pontos fortes: todo o resto. A equipe é muito profissional, as instalações são ótimas, a piscina é excelente, o local é excelente e junto a uma reserva florestal. Então, vimos pássaros de todos os tipos passando por lá, inclusive araras e tucanos.
