“The property itself was very nice as you’d expect
However, a few things made the stay less than 10/10
The fees — I don’t think it’s that obvious when booking but there are a few hidden fees (for example, if there is evidence that you’ve used the kitchenette you have to pay €12 at the end, if you want the room etc cleaning it’s €20 each time)
We also had 3 power cuts. There is no one on site that we could find so we sat in the dark for the first one for an hour trying to call a number you get...

“Super close to the leaning tower. Room was ok but location was excellent. View from room was great. Stairs were steep so if you have problems climbing, this may not help.
Check in was not simple - even though it said till midnight, had to ring bell and wait for someone from the outside to come. Took abt 10 min. No one there at checkout except cleaning lady who was super nice.”

“피사의 사탑에서 걸어서 15분 내외였구요. 깔끔하고 아기자기한 콘도 같았어요 주차장도 뒷편에 따로 마련되어있고 에어컨도 잘 나왔네요.미니정원에서 조식먹었는데 투숙객룸으로 세팅도 해놓고 아기자기 예쁘게 세팅해놓아서 좋았습니다. 참 가족모두 여권필요했고, 샤워부스 배수가 좀 그랬지만 전반적을 완벽했네요.피사에서 1박하실거면 강추요”

“Wir hatten ein Studio gebucht. In der Beschreibung auf Expedia wird nicht angegeben, dass es keine Terrasse gibt und das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße liegt. Auch am Pool wurde einem kein direkter Sonnenschirm zugewiesen. Das Studio selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und hat einen schönen Garten und großen Pool. Das Hotel liegt nahe des Hafens von Livorno und es ist nicht die schönste Gegend. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man auch zu den schöneren Ecken der Toskana fahren....

“Great location and perfect for the night.
Lots of restaurants and bars in the area and all very walkable.
Slight communication failure on wanting to drop our bags off early but happy we didn’t as it looks to have been in an insecure office anyway.
We got a taxi from the train station but bus back which was quick and cheap (just buy your ticket before)”
