Stayed there over new Years and we had an amzing time. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are great and extremly spacious. The location is great for all kinds of aktivities (especially to go skiing in Flims and Laax) and also to go shopping and dinning in Chur. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Incredible hotel composed by several typical chalets refurbished with all the modern comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Staff is really nice, available and helpful in every situation... Spas is totally worth it.
Little extras: free shuttles that will take you on the ski slopes and a free “goûter” for after ski!
