“The communication was not very good. I kept having issues with the check-in. The only way I could straighten it out was to call directly. They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. It was disappointing that they couldn't put me on a quieter side. I didn't know how to contact them to solve this. The fact that everything was remote , left me with a bad experience. “Just good enough for the price”

“They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either.”
