“저희를 응대해주시는 직원 분들 모두 친절하셨고 영어를 못하는 저희가 난감하지 않고 천천히 응대해주시는 모습에 감동적이었습니다. 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 또한 호텔 모든 서비스를 이용해보진 않았지만 릴렉스 오아시스에 있는 수영장과 사우나는 정말 최고에 경험이었습니다. 사람이 적은 시간대였을 것이기도 했을텐데 재밌게 잘 놀다갑니다.!! 그리고 리셉션 옆에 레스토랑이 있었는데 디너 야외는 예약석이라 안에서 먹었습니다. 덥기도 했고 파리가 좀 많았고.. 조리실에서 직원들이 떠는 소리가 다 나더군요 내부가 조용해서 다 들렸나봅니다. 괜찮았어요 음식은 맛있었습니다.. 아 호텔 내부 더웠습니다 레스토랑과 리셉션 직원들은 매우매우매우매우 친절했습니다😁”

“베르니나 특급을 타기 위해 하루 머무른 곳이다. 중앙역에서 조금 떨어져 있으나 모든면에서 훌륭했다. 산을 볼 수 있는 방에 머물렀는데 경치가 좋았고 큰 쇼핑센터가 같은 건물에 있기 때문에 간단한 먹을 것을 사먹기도 좋았다.”

“기차역에서는 약간 거리가 있지만 온천에 가까워 만족하였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 깔끔하게 리모델링 되어 있었고 간단한 주방 가전들이 갖춰져 있어 편리했습니다. 직원분들이 영어는 서툴었지만 매우 친절하였습니다.”
