Communication from property was all French and could not find an option to change to English. They were responsive though and we had a French speaker along so we made it work. One bedroom had a curtain rather than a door so that was odd but other than that the property was really nice. Lots of space and well maintained.

Incredible location. Perfect for families. Very easy check in and out and able to leave luggage at sister property downtown. Very clean but washing machine was a bit dirty. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfy and clean.

The arrival to hotel was extremely chaotic. No one in charge directing cars etc. we utilized the valet & the head bellman (dressed up in garb) was exceptionally rude. He must have had some big feelings that day. The other bellmen were amazing. While we have always wanted to stay at said hotel - its a one & done.

The last stop on this trip was a visit to Montmorrency Falls. While this was quite the site to see, if you don't go there at the crack of dawn during the summer months, you can expect to be one of thousands of people trying to shove their way through. So... leave early and wear comfortable shoes! The hike is fairly small
