“This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

“The apartment is excellently located in Placencia. The owners who live above do a great job communicating. They have bikes available that got us down the town to the local beach. Lots of restaurants around and a store across the street. An extra bonus was use of the laundry downstairs. It was a big help since we were heading back into the jungle and needed to refresh our pants and long sleeves. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. We especially appreciated the two terraces to eat...

“Good location as a base to explore the peninsula, close to shopping, other beaches, diving. Private beach was a coconut's throw from the balcony to the caribbean. Awoke to striking sunrises and a stiff consistent breeze offset the warmer temperatures.”

“Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”

“Nice, large space. Beach view was stunning. Loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Not many food options. Bathroom showers could use a good cleaning. The snake on the porch was a bit scary but they sent someone over right away to take care of it. ”
