The rooms have a deck or patio off of them. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and we ate and enjoyed the beautiful views. I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We were visiting to see our daughter who works in the area. We went white water rafting with All Outdoors and that was a lot of fun. We also visited Lava Cap winery which also has nice views. We also enjo yed their wine.

The property is well kept & the house is beautifully decorated. While I did not use the pool during my stay, I did use the hot tub & it was a lovely escape after being in the cold river training all day. Also, you are provided with actual keys for your room. I really loved the property. I loved the balcony off our room with beautiful views. The room was very nice and the bed comfy . It was good location for us. This place was just at Oasis and very close to the wineries and historic museums. It was a 20 minute drive to downtown Placerville. Some of the wineries have deals for those staying at Bella Vista so that was a wonderful surprise. The views alone were worth the trip. And breakfast was delicious

This is a property designed for B&B enthusiasts; every room has its own porch for enjoying the view. Rooms are unique, interesting and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast comes in a basket and is elegant and tasty. Proprietors are wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Terrific stay!
