โWe arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special.โ
โStaying in Narbonne for holiday and found another great property by the Chateau Lecarrasses family. Never disappointing to see such a beautiful facility with such great views and lovely staff.

โThe room was nice, everyone in the hotel was gentle.
It's near city center so you can walk around from the hotel.
There is no parking lot but there's many place on the road where you can park your carโ
โThe superior room is very spacious, and everything is quite new and modern. Do not forget that there is no elevator. We would advise you to contact the hotel, if you know your exact time of arrival, so they can deposit the keycard in one of the vaults at the entry, since the reception e. g. is not open from 1 to 3 pm (Lunch time). The staff is very friendly and we will stay in this hotel again when we return to Narbonne. โ
โThe hotel is within spitting distance of the train station, around the corner from a small Roman ruins site and walkable to the town's main sites. In other words, perfect location when traveling by train. Super clean room and great a/c. Not a fancy hotel, but perfect for the price and location.โ
