โA wonderful stay at Villa Koegui! The staff were brilliant and so kind and attentive. The location in Biarritz was ideal; everything was within walking distance and only a short taxi ride from Biarritz airport. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and extremely clean. En revanche, la piscine est partagรฉe avec la rรฉsidence, ce qui limite lโintimitรฉ. Notre chambre avait un balcon donnant sur le parking avec la climatisation centralisรฉe juste en dessous, sans aucun mobilier pour en profiter. โI loved it. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful staff. Glorious spa and 2 free activities. Indoor and outdoor pools. Overlooking the beach. Short walk to town centre. Some say it needs an external paint job and it does. But that did not spoil my visit. โ
โThis hotel is all nice. The receptionist are very kind. They helped me a lot when I need some help. And the location is so good to get to the beach. And you can get to the supermaket behind the hotel. And the best thing for me is not a carpet. Which is so clean and very cozy. I do recommend you this hotel. I love everything in this hotel. And also you can park a car in front of the hotel.

โVery friendly staff; my only comment is that it would have been nice to check in at 1:30 PM instead of 3:30 PM since the room was available; we had just flown in from the US and jet lag was awful........โ
