"I adored my stay at the Novotel. We got a suite with a view over the marina and it was bigger than we thought. To start, as soon as we arrived, a man (I didn't have his name), helped us with our luggage. Then, Gilles checked us in and was amazing: he told us everything about the amenities in the hotel. Remembering that we are in Monaco and that I am a nobody, I felt treated like a queen!!! The breakfast had a lot of variety so everyone could find their taste. The food tasted so good. No issue about cleanliness. Even at the bar and restaurant, hosts were kind. This hotel should be at minimum a 4 star-hotel and not 3 star. The sauna and Hammam were also good. The gym was small with maybe only 7-8 equipments but it was fine. My sister and I managed to use them with no problem. I cannot recommend this hotel more. I loved my experience and for the price, it would be my spot whenever I go on vacation to Monaco."

"Our bedroom smoke detector kept beeping because of low battery power. Desk staff promised both days they would send a maintenance person. They never sent someone. Hard to sleep with a beep every two minutes two days straight above our bed."
