“Pros:Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast foods and drinks.
Cons: Dirty Q tip was in the hallway in front of my door. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. WiFi was horrible! You would lose signal every 30 seconds or so. No ice machine on the 4th floor. ”

“Check in was a mess. I had reserved and PAID FOR three rooms through Expedia. (two on one reservation, and one room on a second reservation). Upon arrival, only two reservred rooms were in their records. We had to pay for the thitd room that was already billed to my credit card.. (at a higher rate) Totally unacceptable....
I will call expedia tomorrow & request a refund for the third room.”
