"Man roaming around the parking lot without shoes, very creepy. Many windows were boarded up from the inside. No lobby, had to interact with staff through a small window. Light switch didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, big holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread. Bedbugs crawling on the sheets, door between our room and another said not to open the door, peephole in the door was plugged with toilet paper, room smelled awful, crumbs on the desk. We were there approximately 20 minutes and went to the shady window to return our keycard. Man said we could not have a refund. Btw, the room looks nothing like this picture. "

"Everything was great and just as described. Except I couldn’t get more than lukewarm water out of the shower and the pillows are not made for side sleepers."

"Staff was polite, no issue there. The property needs some major TLC. You can tell it hasn’t been kept up with from the outside to the rooms. The headboard in my room had stains, the walls had stains.. the bathroom had gross stuff in the corners. My bed had weird black debris on it also hair and stains on the pillow cases and sheets.. beds were hard as a rock! Paying for parking there is a rip off, it should be free. Not $20 a night.. I can see why it was $100 a night when we booked. Will not be returning. Also the pictures on here are misleading its not that nice and clean looking."

"We were only there the one night coming back from our cruise. The lady who took us to the airport (Heather) was absolutely amazing."

"The waffles were great! nice hotel overall. Got a handicapped room and the walk in shower was wonderful but needed a raised toilet for the handicapped. Was a good stay overall and will use this hotel again."

"Front desk jose was rude and confrontational at check in. Would recommend any other properties near by."
