Staff menners were very friendly, but the hotel feels abandoned and death. There is no atmosphere, it’s old and the rooms are not up to date either. Shower is terrible. A shame that a hotel like Dormero is in a state like this. Breakfast and parking is overpriced.

Das Zimmer machte teilweise einen abgewohnten Eindruck. In der Dusche kam uns der Duschkopf entgegen und die Duschtüre war defekt, so dass Wasser ins Badezimmer lief. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dagegen sehr umfangreich und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich. Parken im Hotel kostet 15€. Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel kann man zeitweise billiger parken.

Die Zimmer im Dormero Plauen sind sehr sauber und sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft. Als kleiner Tip. Die Dartpfeile sollen erneuert, ggf. vervollständigt werden, wenn man die Möglichkeit des Dartspielens anbietet. Aber das soll kein Minus für die Bewertung sein. Ich, wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl im Dormero Plauen und kommen immer gern wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und es waren nur wenige Minute zu Fuß zum Weihnachtsmarkt und dem Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig aber leider schon etwas abgewohnt und insgesamt war es sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.
