Playa Ancha Tours

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish. We used a private transfer service from the airport to and from the resort. Location is a quick drive. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and our bags were taken and stored. Once we completed a quick check in our bags were retrieved and we were taken to our room. We stayed in the tower and it ended up being the perfect location and room. We had a beautiful ocean view and views of the boats as well as of the pool and bash area. The room was absolutely huge and beautiful. Shower with rain showerhead and full size shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Double vanities - two good sized closets and drawers. There is also a tv but we never turned it on. Seating on the balcony and table was comfortable. The pools were beautiful. We loved the large party pool but also went over to the quiet pool once. Bars opened at 10am at the pool and there was a snack bar at one end of the party pool which was delicious and the perfect reason to not have to leave the fun. We ate in the buffet restaurant every morning. Service was wonderful and food was so good. We also had dinner at the steakhouse and the italian restaurant. We preferred the steakhouse. The seafood restaurant was closed two of the nights we were there and that is where we really wanted to try....next time. Everyone on the staff was helpful, kind and appeared happy to be there! Overall everything was awesome we absolutely will be back for another trip.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.
