"Clean room and steps from the pool. The air conditioner is ice cold and the bed very comfy. We also liked the spacious shower. Pops ice cream is to die for and we enjoyed the short walk to mantas beach where we saw many monkeys with their babies, a sloth and her baby too along with the resident macaws! The pool is clean huge and very welcoming!! We liked the iguanas sunning beside the pool too. We would stay again, very private and abundant wildlife too"

"Its a great location. Staff is friendly. You have to ask for another room key so you can keep ac on while out. Beds are horrible. Sheets are horrible. For cheap and good l9cation not a bad option. "

"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "

"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "
