Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage there before we checked in as well as after we checked out while we explored more of the city. This place is right in front of beach and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place and would book back here with my family.

Great location (near Ferry Terminal), very good location to walk around and have access to 5th ave. Noisy area during the day but got quiet as it got darker. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, from desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great elevator firv packing luggage. Did not use pool, how ever was promising. If you want to be the life of the party this place is for you. Restaurants, Street Vendors, hunreds of people, bands and did I mention Noise ... truly a touch of real Mexico. Buy 10/11 not a peep. Thank you for the stay ... felt 100 % safe.

The hotel is practically on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. It’s walkable, there’s always food and something to do nearby. It’s not quiet but that’s expected! & we were totally fine with that. The rooms were very clean and it had AC although we didn’t really need it. Would def stay here again.
