If you are looking for somewhere clean and cheap to lay your head this place is just that. It was very clean, spacious, and newly remodeled, under ground parking and walking distance to quinta Avenida and public beach. Downside was no washer or dryer, ran out of water to shower, pools are cold.

The building is well located, central, and conveniently close to the beach, which makes it easy to access nearby attractions and services. The location is one of the main advantages of this property. However, the unit does not meet the standards expected of a luxury penthouse. The internet service did not function properly, the water pressure was poor, and there was significant noise due to a neighboring venue that hosts loud parties daily. Additionally, the television and audio system in the master bedroom were not operational. While the convenience of being close to everything is a positive aspect, the overall condition and amenities of the unit do not align with how it is advertised.

Great stay for the past week; internet was spotty and would come and go but that’s not a huge deal. There’s a bar next door and the music can get quite loud if you stay in the rooms adjacent to them but they shut down at a decent time so again not a huge deal. Shopping and great food within walking distance and only 10 minutes from the beach and ferry terminal. Would definitely go back and stay again

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell as you entered the apartment,foul,came from the sink.it went away when we put the stopper in.otherwise,great place,we made it into home.staff was great,miss the guys at the office already.would stay here again,location was good.

filthy, terrible rooms, stained beds, hair in beds, a/c leaking on pillows, damage on walls/floor, bugs in kitchen, dirty kitchen utensils. We viewed 3 different rooms including the prized "penthouse" room. All were filthy, and the penthouse stank the worst. Pablo and management have no integrity. Couldn't bring ourselves to stay even 1 night. DO NOT STAY HERE!! 0/5 DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!

Pool was excellent . Suites have been upgraded and are beautiful . I was placed in a clean room but the bed was very old and the mattress was non-existent. Not like the other rooms. Take roach spray since the kitchenette was full . Some 8 foot carpenter put the microwave 6 feet above floor level. Used chair to get my food heated. Pictures available. Vent hood too high, no lights, and sounded like a concrete grinder . Clean refrigerator but you had to make your ice in a tray contraption. Of all the above a person brought one non-standard 30 watt bulb. The rest “ho-hum”! Main motto in the whole town.
Bring a ladder.
Be assured you are getting a new room!
