I have stayed here many times over the last few years and it never fails to impress! The bed is comfy, the roku tv gives me youtube comedy i love before sleeping, the warm water shower in a big bathroom is excellent and the included breakfast is amazing with wonderful staff and superb coffee each morning! Highly recommend and will return if i need a hotel again in playa! Excellent!

Property was good. It had a pool. A little far away from the main attractions but overall an amazing room for the budget. One ac unit for a room this large can be insufficant. The rooms are large almost like an apartment. Overall an amazing experience.

Friendly staff, room was always clean. Breakfast was always delicious, pool was in shaded area of property so we chose to use the roof top pool across the street which was perfect. Also the beach was a block away as well as famous 5th Ave. Very ideal location with inexpensive accommodations. Simple and favorable property conditions with 24 hour staff. If your on a budget this place was great!

Normally when I go to Playa Del Carmen, I stay at all inclusive resorts nearby but often find myself going into town a lot. This time I opted to stay right in town. The double suite I got was large and spacious. The location was great. It was convenient to the beach and to 5th Ave and lots of dining options. The staff were really great too. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean, and everything worked well. The swimming pool was not big but clean so we were able to cool off after our activities. The breakfast options were very limited but not bad. However although we had a kitchen there were no kitchen utensils. Nonetheless we really liked our stay there.

Great stay for a couple of nights

The room was comfortable but next to the washing so it’s quiet loud plus it’s bright in the room with the blinds down. Breakfast at Mr.waffle isn’t bad and worth a bite so no complaints!

Everything is pretty good to stay for a while. Advantages is a kitchen in the property and walking distance to different beaches. At night is pretty loud until 12-12.30 am.

I liked that this hotel looked very unique and it fit the vibe of the surrounding area. It was antique and very much jungle vibes. What I didn’t like was that our toilet was barely flushing and the sink water kept pooling up. however, we told the staff and they resolved the issue. Overall everybody was nice and we were treated nicely.

The property is nice and close to everything but not quiet at night. Breakfast in the morn is great! Staff is really nice and helpful. There’s an odd odor as well, maybe the plants? Otherwise cute place.

Too much noise in the street untill 1 am, there are security video cameras but no keys or no ways to lock the door, anybody can come in wherever they want to. Overall, the staff is really welcoming, the areas are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the location is okay !

Great location and excellent customer service

No hot water in room 201. Mirrors slightly dirty. Sheets/pillow cases smelled of body odor. No WiFi, no tv that worked. Good location, excellent customer service, made every effort to appease problems, was provided with free breakfast at nearby restaurant which was very yummy. Nice atmosphere, gardens. Rooms were larger than expected and nice. Bed and pillows were comfy for enjoyable sleep.

My toilet broke, the handle on my bedroom door fell off and I got trapped in my room. The sheets were stained and room wasn't very clean. There was no hot water. The staff was great though and the location was right in the middle of town.

A nice choice, near the 5th Avenue (a big plus) and the Mamitas Beach. You have plenty of options for food and beverages. The property is interesting very holistic. The room is enormous! The thing i didn't like is that my TV didn't have cable or... service... I needed to ask ay reception about a Rokú to watch... nothing, because it was blocked by a PIN that i didn't had... The wi-fi was good, but you need to connect to other network, not the one that the info tells you. A big plus: the breakfast, plenty of options, but the only day i was there, i ask for the chef's recommendation, and it was a fail... they didn't gave me anything else.

The property was clean and close to everything. We booked for two queens but got a king bed so we had to share. The kitchen had no pots and pans or utensils. We asked the reception and one staff said they don't provide them, so had to buy them. three days later, one staff said that they do provide them and gave us a pot. It stated that we would get a welcome drink but got none. When we asked, the receptionist said, we could get one tomorrow.
