Beautiful resort very different. The resort was charming and it felt like we were staying in a park - small resort but that’s what made it special Beach area was small but beautiful. Would recommend if you want something different.

Residence Inn by Marriott Playa del Carmen
Great breakfast and rooms are very nice and clean. The rooftop pool was amazing. However, staff were inconsistent. Sometimes they were helpful while other times they could not be bothered and were rude. Also, I stayed 9 nights and my room was only cleaned twice. I don't expect it to be cleaned daily ...
