“The food was amazing for our entire stay. I would stay here again just for the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop.”

“Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management.”

“I spent 7 nights with my family, and honestly, I have no complaints about the hotel. The amenities and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, with a great ocean view and excellent service. I would definitely come back without thinking twice. “Pools were great, but that was pretty much it. This is an older, has been resort. It has great potential, but they seem to skimp on everything. There were two of us in a family suite. Not a couple, just 2 female friends. They only would give us 2 towels and 1 hand towel, and no wash cloths, even when requested more. We were told that’s all they give for 2 people. There were lots of bugs in the room. Little flying ants mostly, but we still don’t want them in the bed. The bar was limited on...

“The entire hotel is well designed with attention to details. Welcoming new guests with clap and drinks is a very nice touch! There are at least 6 bars. My favorite is the coffee shop Fuel. The staff is amazing. From servers to the entertainment team to the night shows’ team to the lobby folks. All were very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel 👍”

“The villas are very cool, we got the one with a kitchen, swam in the pool every evening, enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Only 2 blocks to the water easy walk. The staff are very personable, had a lot of fun with them, the grounds crew is always working to keep the beautiful grounds maintained and they have a gated covered and secured parking garage.”

“This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”

“Loved being surrounded by the jungle. Short walk to the beach. Good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and kind. The cooked breakfast was a nice treat. The staff offered portable "beach" chairs, but they weren't really beach chairs, more like chairs used for an outdoor concert. We were expecting Tommy Bahama style beach chairs. This was our only disappointment.”
