"This was the most amazing stay. We spotted this hotel from the outside 2 weeks earlier and reserved. It is a museum and epic adventure. The staff at every station were truly kind and concerned with our every need. The room is outstanding. Dining is wonderful. Welcome massage was divine. "The room is spacious, the staffs are hospitable, caring. The breakfast buffet located in tge 3rs floor is amazing. The Cheff, Mr. Jimmy and his team showed tremendous hospitality, attentive and highly motivated in serving guests. Mr Jimmy is one of world good leader I have noticed so far. The variety of foods are so many, never get bored. I have been staying for 9 night, surely will come back again when visiting Indonesia."

"Does not look like the photos, DO NOT STAY HERE Walls are peeling, mould everywhere, dirty sheets, very dirty everywhere and very scary place. I arrived 1AM and felt it’s impossible to find a new hotel so slept the night and checked out in the morning. "

"As a pedestrian, I had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel. It is on the 8th floor in the corner of a large building. Better signage around the building would help. It is in a convenient area near the main railway station and not far from the old town area. The rooms are cheap but adequate. I did see a little cockroach in the bathroom but otherwise OK. The shower tap broke off when I tried to use it, but they had someone quickly come to the room to fix it. The only problem I had with the room was the odd configuration of the lights. They couldn't be turned off completely without turning off the air-conditioning as well. The breakfast was good and there were drinking water machines in the hallways"
