"The worst the most worst hotel I stay in Tijuana very bad customer service till the rooms. Everything terrible I will never recommend any person to stay in this hotel they scam you they charge you overcharge for nothing. I can’t even bring a guest they charge for it this is unbelievable. I never had this experience in Tijuana before I visit every month with no problems. All the hotels very welcome this hotel. It’s very very bad. Please don’t go there. If you are American they just try to take your money. They see us as ATM m this is very very bad when I get to my room there is no hairdryer there is no towels I keep calling and till I went down, ask him for towels and a hairdryer. They brought it up to me, of course cause you have to tip them, which is always I do, but there is no customer service very bad. the rooms are terrible that bathroom old cracks. The water is low slow. The AC is terrible every time I talk to them. Yes we’re gonna fix it. They don’t fix nothing. They don’t want to change the room. It’s terrible. I’m sad that I really was excited for this hotel for first time because it was saying it’s a five star but it’s not. I’m sorry I don’t gonna give even one star if there is less than one star, I will put it. "
