“No front desk after hours, I think I woke someone up when I pressed ZERO on the house phone. The room was exactly what you might expect for $75 all in. Looked like a prison barrack. It had a small kitchen area, but two rock hard plastic chairs, a laminate floor and it smelled quite musty. It was also raining, and it sounded like raindrops were hitting an internal vent or something. Happy to sleep and get out of there.”

Rooms very generous - she gave us an internal room which was extremely quiet as we had read reviews referring to street noise at night. Our room had zero noise! Spa facilities also great.. she apologised in advance for some ongoing works around the gym and hot tub area but that did not impact us at all - hot sauna and the hottest steam room I've ever been in! “If you like it warmer - the 4th floor is for you! We unfortunately like arctic conditions when we sleep - moving rooms/floors was easy and the staff understood. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, kids loved the pool. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Overall, this day was OK unfortunately there were some neighbors and I could hear their dogs, but I know that that’s not the hotel’s fault. I will say, though that there was staining on the couches and the couch bed. It’s about 2 inches thick once you’re sitting on it so not ideal but we made it work.”
