"Do to circumstances out of our control we had to cancel our family vacation ! Due to war time and uncertain circumstances! Out of our control ! We were not compensated for our need to cancel and there for very upset for not at least getting some money back ! "

"The apartment was very clean and spacious. All staff we met were extremely courteous and helpful especially Katriana. She went to great lengths to help us with any issues and we so enjoyed her lovely personality and helpful referrals about great places to eat. Even saw her at a restaurant she had recommended to us and she and her daughter stopped to chat with us. Her daughter was extremely personable and a delight to know as well. Thanks for the great stay. "

"Impressive older In-town Hotel with old world style. Did not try the Breakfast. Parking was an issue but that is normal for in-town convenience. Would I go back - Yes - the location is a big plus."

"Room was fine. Staff seemed irritated when we asked for a few common things (towels/pillows, etc.). Breakfast and parking were both overpriced."

"Staff is helpful and friendly. I like the flower that was delivered everyday in the lobby and floor foyer. I also like the connecting rooms which is a plus for family travel. I'm particularly impressed by the blanket that is thin but warm for the April cold and windy weather. The location is close to train station. I don't like the bathroom which has a shelving right on top of the sink faucet which got in the way of my head when brushing my teeth. Those should be removed, in my opinion. Also the bath area does not have a glass door which makes floor wet outside of the tub."
