Security issue

The hotel building is also private apartment complex and the nearby dog park/outdoor gym area brings the lower class of people to the area. I had to keep a close watch on my motorcycle all night because people were walking around to steal it. If you need parking I would not recommend this hotel, the yuoungsters in the privat apartments trow glas beer bottles down from 7th floor in to cars. The hotel need a safer parking area and also a securityguard to keep an eye on the property.

A Nice Stay

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let us check in right away. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was definitely adequate. It was about a 35 minute walk to the center of the city but we preferred that rather than being in the city center. Not many restaurants in the area though.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Coffee bar guy was also very friendly. The Plovdiv Plaza mall is close enough to walk to and there is a family entertainment center across the street. Room was pretty good, no complaints. Room cleaners were very fast and did a great job. Zero complaints about this place. Next time I might stay closer to old town center but otherwise I would recommend this hotel.
