“I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. “The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel.”
