"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"They do not accept american express, they do not change us dollars for Euros, they have a sataircase and an elevator for luggage that is uncomfortable and cumbersome, the rooms smell to humidity ."

"Very nice hotel, clean rooms, great location, 10 minutes walk to the old city, paid parking nearby. Would gladly stay here again if I ever back in Valencia."

"We stayed here for a few nights during our month long France/Spain vacation. This was by far our fav hotel we stayed at during our vacation. The hotel is amazing but really it’s the friendly and helpful staff that make this place feel like home away from home. The location on the beach is beautiful and close to many wonderful restaurants. The only thing we could think of that might need attention is they moved together two twin beds in our room to make a king bed for us. The beds were on rollers. They were not secured so everyday the beds were rolling around the room each time we sat on them or laid on them. This was quite annoying. We enjoyed a wonderful spa treatments and the in-house restaurant and morning breakfast in stellar. We will seek out this company from now on! "
