"Clean room. Comfortable beds. Spacious and functional rooms. Quiet except whoever was above us walked with a heavy foot late into the night, lol must have been pacing. Grout floor in bathroom needed attention but the room otherwise was spotless. Will stay again!"

"Stopped overnight on a long trip from Poughkeepsie to Columbus. Staff was friendly, room & entire property was well maintained and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Added to my list of favorites as a place to stop when making that trip."

"My room was very nice, attractively decorated and clean. Staff were helpful- front desk gave me a perfect room positioned for someone travelling with a dog. It was actually quiet considering where it was. A staff member on break helped me get in a side entrance when the scanner wasn’t reading my room key. There could be improvements made to the complimentary breakfast , possibly a protein choice? Breakfast seemed very limited."

"We had a king room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the room was immaculate and we liked that there wasn’t carpet. We loved the rolling blinds that kept the room dark. We liked that there was an outdoor seating area with music and a couple of grills. The breakfast offered something for everyone. The only negative was that we could hear noise from nearby rooms for example someone’s phone alarm. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

"We LOVED our stay at the mansion. Historic and gorgeous, the details of the home are absolutely exquisite. Jess and Marcia were wonderful hosts. We went for a visit with our son at Penn State and had the best time. Bellefonte is so charming and has some great spots to visit and eat. Speaking of food, the breakfast at the mansion was so elegant and delicious! We had a wonderful day in town and finished it playing pool in the mansion. We can't wait to come back in the colder months and have a glass of brandy in the snuggery. Highly recommend!"
