バスターミナルから近く、アクセスは良好。 しかし、部屋の窓からの景色は殺風景。 エアコンの風向きの調整が出来ず、気になった。 フロントの方々は親切丁寧な対応で、好感が持てる。 アクセスを重視するならこのホテルだと思う。

깔끔해요.
전체적으로 깔끔하고 지은지 얼마 안되서 좋았습니다. 사장님도 친절하시고요. 터미널근처에 있어서 이동하기는 좋았으나 모텔촌들이라 먹을 곳이나 그런 곳이 적었습니다.

조식이 심플한데, 식빵, 모닝빵, 잼, 우유, 시리얼, 오렌지주스, 포도주스, 컵라면, 커피 정도 입니다. 큰 기대 안하면 묵기 좋습니다. 앞으로도 출장 계속 가야되는데 자주 묵을 계획입니다. 임직원분들 다 친절하세요.

전반적으로 만족하는 편이에요. 사장님 내외분들 너무 친절하셨구요~ 아기가 있다고 따뜻한 방으로 주셔서 더울정도로 춥지않게 잘 있다가 왔어용 그리고 아침 조식 좋았어요~ 깔끔하게 준비 잘 해놓으셧더라구요~ 컵라면 시리얼 우유 주스 토스트 딸기잼 등등 너무 깔끔하게 잘 준비되어서 먹었구요, 우유 부족하다 말씀 드리지도 않았는데, 교체해 놓으시더라구요~ 센스 구웃 ^^ 다만,,,, 조금 방이 작았어용 ㅜㅜ 침대도 좀 작았구용 그래도 전반적으로 굉장히 만족합니다

모텔수준입니다. 평점과 좀 다르네요.
포항소재 호텔 중 가격대비 평점이 제일 높아서 급하게 예약했습니다. 예약후 네이비따라 찾아가보니 모텔촌주변에 소재하고 있었고, 호텔이라기보다는 모텔수준이었으며, 조식은 단순한 호텔부페인줄 알았으나 입구에 컵라면, 식빵 등을 방에 가져가서 먹는 수준으로 기대이하였습니다. 대체적으로 직원들은 친절했습니다.

コストパフォーマンスの高いホテル
市外バスターミナルから近く、立地は良いと思います。モーテルを改装していますが、室内はきれいで、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。テレビの使い方がわからず、オーナーの方に質問したところ、親切丁寧な対応をしていただきました。オーナーの方は英語ができ、奥様は日本語が喋れるとのことでした。
